Spaghetti alla Chitarra with a velvety roasted garlic cream, fresh herbs, chilli, and toasted pangrattato
2nd course
Wild mushrooms and Porcini risotto served with smoked truffle butter, Grana Padano fondue
and porcini dust
3rd course
Lobster ravioli served with confit baby Roma tomatoes and basil sauce, finished with fresh Burrata cheese and black pepper
4th course
Tagliatelle “paglia e fieno” served with slow cooked lamb Salmì and Gremolada
Dessert
Silky Basil pannacotta with camomile gel, preserved lemon, honey and white chocolate snow
