My Culinary Journey: From Italy to Your Kitchen
They say passion finds you early, and for me, that place was always the kitchen. At just 16, I began my apprenticeship in Italy, fueled by a dream to master the art of Italian flavours.
My career has been a global adventure—from the iconic Venice Excelsior to my first international post in Bermuda. Eventually, my journey led me to Perth, where I honed my craft at the renowned Villa d'Este and later at Crown’s Modo Mio. During my time in the restaurant world, I was honoured to lead teams that earned two Gold Plate Awards, an experience that solidified my commitment to culinary excellence.
Today, I’ve traded the high-pressure restaurant kitchen for something more meaningful: your home. Leaving the commercial world wasn't an end, but a new beginning. My mission now is to bring that same award-winning passion and a personal, refined touch directly to your table.

We had the most wonderful experience with chef Antonino. The food was delicious, the servings were very generous and he explained each dish and process thoroughly. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and chef helped us with wine selections and customised the menu to suit our theme. Highly recommend!

Bring the flavours of Italy into your kitchen with hands-on, personalised cooking classes. Each session lasts 3 hours, with all ingredients provided, and I’ll handle setup and cleanup so you can focus on cooking and enjoying the experience.
Together, we’ll decide what you’d like to learn—whether it’s fresh pasta, classic sauces, regional specialties, or an entire Italian meal. I’ll guide you every step of the way, sharing authentic techniques and tips to make your dishes truly Italian.
